Summit Systems Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Leading ancillary supplier Summit Systems is pleased to announce that it has achieved the internationally-recognised ISO 9001:2015 certification.

In November 2021, Summit Systems achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification. Continuous Improvements Officer Andrew Jones joined the business in January 2021 with his first key objective to get Summit ISO certified; after 10 months of process reviews and planning, he was able to accomplish this.

Andrew said: “Attaining ISO 9001 means a lot to the business; it demonstrates to customers that we are dedicated to quality and the delivery of our service. Having achieved this certification has significantly improved our internal processes and ultimately the value of the service we provide to our customers.”

Ongoing implementation of the ISO systems and quality improvements will directly increase value to Summit Systems’ loyal customer base, increasing customer satisfaction rates, which is crucial to the company.

By undertaking the ISO certification process, potential business risks are monitored, identified, and prevented before any problem arises, and business processes, goals, opportunities, and objectives are efficiently managed.

Ian Lowe, Operations Director, said: “Achieving ISO 9001 certification is affirmation of the quality levels Summit Systems has strived to deliver for over 30 years and will now frame this desire to keep enhancing both our products and service levels we offer our customers for many years to come.”

The ISO certification gives Summit Systems the foundations to manage the company to the highest standards. It further demonstrates to its clients that it is an industry leader that will consistently deliver high-quality products and services and continual improvements.

Summit Systems worked with Swift Certification to achieve this ISO certification.
