Sierra 57 Consult has been working closely with Advanced Plastics to strengthen its continuous employee training and development programmes, deploying training on key principles of injection moulding.

Sierra 57’s newly-developed Mould Training division has partnered with Hull-based Advanced Plastics to strengthen its continuous employee training and development programmes, deploying training on key injection moulding principles, including the safe start-up and shut-down procedures of machinery and team leader injection moulding appreciation.

Helping team leaders understand and grasp the core technical roles and functions of their shift production staff is absolutely critical for team leaders and shift managers to appreciate and identify ways of developing and nurturing their staff, which in turn promotes productivity, good working practices, boosts job interest and personal career desires to aspire further.
