Sierra 57 Expands – Keeping up with Demand
It has been a busy few months for recruitment consultancy Sierra 57. To keep up with demand both in the UK and in Europe, the company has hired experienced consultant, Birgit Krüger.
Sierra 57 Recruitment has been extremely busy throughout the COVID-19 period, supporting both existing business partners as well as working with enquiries from new businesses across the UK & Ireland.
The company saw that the need for expansion is now, as it looks to help and support any technical engineering businesses that are either actively busy or looking to begin to rebuild. Sierra has introduced a variety of new financing options to allow businesses to afford common sense recruitment rates that are both competitive but also to ensure payments do not impact on company cash flow.
“It is within these difficult social and economic times we all have to work together to help shore up businesses and collaborate for a common goal,” said Sierra 57 Managing Director, Mark Lawson.
To that extent, Sierra 57 are expanding, both to support UK markets, as well as supporting new customer enquiries from European & EMEA regions, with the hiring of experienced recruitment consultant, Birgit Krüger.
Mark Lawson added: “We’re very fortunate to have appointed Birgit within our team as Management Consultant, heading up our ongoing projects and new business outside of the UK whilst being responsible for assisting our current Senior Technical and Commercial business appointments in the UK.
“Supported with several years’ experience and exposure within plastics, packaging and petrochemical businesses, Birgit has already fitted in well with the team dynamics and has immediately added value to our commercial expertise and current senior and business assignments.”
These are exciting times for Sierra 57 Consult as the company continues to build upon its industry credibility of 20 year’s within the plastics, packaging and tooling sectors and, sleeves-rolled-up, are in the thick of it with its customers, whilst adhering to social distance changes and fluctuation in a quite often topsy-turvy period.
