RJG, Inc. is proud to announce the expansion of The Hub, our leading data solution for injection moulding, with the launch of The Hub Connect, The Hub Lite, and a new data migration feature for The eDART.

The Hub Connect: View Process and Production Data all in one place RJG is excited to introduce enhanced connectivity features with The Hub Connect, a powerful tool that bridges the gap between The Hub and other EMS and ERP systems. Using the OPC-UA protocol, The Hub Connect enables injection moulders to integrate process data seamlessly across their operations. Pairing The Hub data with your operational data empowers you to improve process control by identifying and addressing deviations in real time, ensuring consistent product quality, and minimising scrap.

It provides information that enhances operational efficiency by optimising process parameters and machine performance, reducing cycle times, improving productivity, and minimising downtime. In addition to The Hub Connect, RJG is also launching The Hub Lite, a cutting-edge addition to The Hub family specifically designed to simplify the process of capturing and migrating tool tryout data from the tool shop to the production floor. With its laptop portability and advanced data export capabilities, The Hub Lite ensures that tool builders and moulders can seamlessly transition from tool trials to production, reducing new tool launch time to production, and downtime and improving part quality.

Key benefits of The Hub Lite include:

• Seamless Integration with CoPilot: Easily import tool tryout data and templates directly into the production Hub. The Hub then automatically populates RJG’s CoPilot, enabling faster setup and consistent part quality from the start.
• Portability and Accessibility: Access and manage data anywhere from your laptop, allowing you to work wherever the job takes you.
• Enhanced Data Accuracy: Collect more reliable data on each tool, leading to improved part quality and reduced variability in production.

New eDART Data Migration Feature: Quick, secure solution for accessing eDART mould files and templates for use on the CoPilot.

RJG is also excited to introduce the eDART Migration feature, designed to help users seamlessly convert eDART mould files and templates for use on The CoPilot in production. This tool saves valuable time by eliminating the need for manual data entry and ensures there are no delays in production.

By securely and accurately converting eDART files, the tool stores them in The Hub until needed, and when required, The Hub automatically transfers mould configurations and templates to The CoPilot. This efficient workflow guarantees the accuracy of critical production data and offers a smooth migration experience.
