Plastic Matters Returns to Southern Manufacturing 2025 After Successful Debut

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Plastic Matters will proudly return to the Southern Manufacturing exhibition from 4–6 February 2025, following its highly successful debut at last year’s event. Co-located on stand K265, the collaboration of PlastikCity, Sierra 57 Consult, and PS Partnerships will once again showcase a unique suite of services tailored to the plastics and manufacturing industries in the UK and Ireland.

After launching Plastic Matters in 2024, the combined expertise of the three businesses created a comprehensive consultancy offering regulatory, compliance, technical, quality, recruitment, training, and marketing services under one roof. Their stand at last year’s exhibition attracted significant interest, and 2025 promises even more opportunities to connect with industry professionals and demonstrate the added value this partnership brings to the sector.

What to Expect at the Plastic Matters Stand

  • PS Partnerships: Represented by Suzanne Johnston and Dr Paul Shipton, PS Partnerships brings unparalleled expertise in regulatory, compliance, technical, and quality consultancy. They will be available to discuss their training and sustainability services, designed to meet the evolving needs of the manufacturing sector.
  • Sierra 57 Consult: A leader in manufacturing recruitment, Sierra 57 Consult has further expanded its reach with its IOM3-accredited training division, delivering industry-recognised courses for upskilling teams in plastics manufacturing. Mark Lawson and his team will be ready to discuss recruitment strategies, workforce retention, and their award-winning training initiatives.
  • PlastikCity and PlastikMedia: Known for connecting designers and procurement professionals with UK-based manufacturers, PlastikCity offers its ‘Source a Moulder’ and ‘Find a Supplier’ services. Meanwhile, PlastikMedia provides targeted marketing and promotional services. Becca Watt will be on-hand to discuss the benefits of joining the PlastikCity platform and how PlastikMedia’s marketing services can benefit your business.

A Shared Vision

Speaking about the return to Southern Manufacturing, PlastikCity Managing Director Jess Clarke said: “After such a positive experience in 2024, we’re thrilled to be exhibiting again in 2025. The feedback we received last year highlighted the value of combining our expertise as Plastic Matters. We look forward to building on this success and connecting with even more businesses at this year’s show.”
