LBS and Rosti Celebrate Award-Winning Training Partnership
Lean Business Solutions (LBS), providers of training and consultancy solutions to the manufacturing industry, celebrate their long term training partnership with Rosti Automotive Larkhall, culminating in two recent industry awards.
Lean Business Solutions Ltd (LBS) are pleased to have long term training agreements with many of their customers. The focus below is on Rosti Automotive Larkhall, who won two awards recently at the Plastic Industry Awards in October: Processor of the Year and Training Company of the Year. This was the second, consecutive year they have won both awards.
Rosti first partnered with LBS in developing their workforce nearly a decade ago, and this long association has seen the plant and personnel becoming world leaders in the production of components for the automotive industry. Rosti Automotive Larkhall has always taken a proactive approach in developing their business and Lean Business Solutions has partnered with them in delivering training in all the lean disciplines, ranging from supervisor development to Lean Sigma Black Belt.
