The Vacuum Loaders were revealed at the Interplas exhibition in September 2023 for the first time, and Jenco are now taking pre-orders for deliveries from January 2023. The new diamond range has been manufactured in the United Kingdom, and Jenco are believed to be the first to offer a brushless motor. Available in air, single phase and 3 phase system options, fitted with a full Siemens PLC touch control, modular design, electropolished 304 stainless steel, filter Options and of course, Industry 4.0 ready. Jenco are ready for the future, and this is just beginning.

Why a brushless motor? The brushless motor offers a maintenance-free solution and is guaranteed to last ten times longer than a standard brushed motor. This reduces maintenance costs and human intervention.
Why LED Handles? Jenco required a visual indicator that would easily display the loaders current mode of operation. It needed to be visible from multiple directions and at a height. When multiple loaders are on a system, it needs to be easily visible for the operator to know the loader is functioning correctly. Green – material conveying, Blue – filter cleaning, Red – Alarm. It is easy for an operator to track the status of a unit, often when multiple units are present in a potentially noisy environment.
