With advances in technology and staff being trained in further areas, Jenco has launched a new website (www.jenco.co.uk) with a live chat system available for those who don’t have time to contact the company by telephone. The live chat function will allow customers to get a quick response in terms of booking in repair work, receiving prices from the sales team and accessing manuals and datasheets.
The new website that launched in May has a login section for all Jenco customers, which, once approved by Jenco, allows the customer to access manuals and datasheets from the company’s current machinery range. Jenco aims to make the process simple for its customers and will continue to provide a five-star service.
