ENL Group Expands Blow Moulding Capabilities

ENL Group, a quality technical mouldings company, based in Portsmouth, has expanded its service provision to include blow moulding, with capabilities to manufacture 50ml to 3L containers and components.

ENL Group is a leading European plastic moulding manufacturer with facilities in the UK and Slovakia, specialising in technical moulding and tooling, with particular expertise to design and manufacture complex moulding and over-moulded parts.

The current pandemic has resulted in an increase in demand for blow moulding requirements in the UK, in particular of the smaller capacity of 50ml to 500ml. Many pharmaceutical, FMCG and cosmetic companies are in need of higher volumes in shorter timescales in order to fulfil demand.

Richard Gamble, Managing Director at ENL Group, recognised a need to invest in new technology to support these requirements within the UK. “ENL is well-positioned to assist with this demand in the UK. With over 60 years in plastic moulding, we have the skills, expertise and capacity and it was, therefore, a case of investing in the technology and machinery in order to support the need.

“I’m pleased to say we were able to support this investment and are now fulfilling requirements for small blow moulding containers and components.”
