Donite Plastics Appoints New Quality and Process Improvement Manager

Donite Plastics, a Saintfield-based thermoforming company, has appointed Robbie Marsh as its Quality and Process Improvement Manager.

Donite Plastics, located just south of Belfast, specialises in the design and manufacture of custom moulded plastic parts using vacuum forming and other processes. With over 25 years of experience in quality management, supplier quality assurance and manufacturing processes, Robbie’s responsibilities will include overseeing Donite’s QMS, the creation of process optimisation and customer experience strategies, and leveraging his expertise to develop innovative processes that streamline production, reduce waste and further enhance product quality.

Robbie brings with him a deep understanding of relevant industry standards, lean manufacturing methodologies, continuous improvement processes and knowledge in effectively managing cross-functional teams.
