CyTec Systems Bring New Ermanno Balzi Range to the UK

CyTec Systems are the UK and Ireland distributors for Ermanno Balzi, who built their reputation with their comprehensive rapid plug and unplug systems for cooling circuits on mould tools.

Whilst working closely with Italian toolmakers and moulders, Ermanno Balzi developed a range of auxiliary equipment designed to meet the needs for the mould tool and moulding industry.

This range of equipment includes:

–  CPR Unit – Cooling Test Station. This checks coolant circuits on mould tools for flow rate and leaks.
–  CPC Unit – Hydraulic Test Station. This allows toolmakers to run hydraulic circuits on mould tools away from the moulding press.
–  CDC Unit – Descaling Test Station. This is for removal of limestone deposits from cooling circuits on mould tools.
