APS UK Accredited for Health & Safety
APS UK are pleased to announce that their Projects Engineer, Rob Lunn, passed his IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) Managing Safely course.
This qualification gives managers and supervisors the skills and training necessary to best manage health and safety in the workplace.
Managing Safely shows candidates how to assess and control risks and hazards whilst also making sure that candidates know their own responsibilities towards health and safety. It also teaches how to investigate accidents, assess performances and reflect on good practices.
The Managing Safely qualification enables Rob to produce high quality RAMS (Risk and Method Statements) for the work that APS UK do on sites, enabling risks to be identified and control measures put in place.
