Key Appointment Bolsters BOLE UK’s Commitment to After Sales Service
Injection moulding machinery supplier, BOLE UK, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Scott Morris as Head of Technical Support.
After achieving a BTEC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (distinction) in 2008, Scott’s career quickly progressed to senior engineering and maintenance roles. His multi-skilled pedigree and managerial experience, coupled with time served at both a plastic processing equipment OEM and automation specialist, made him an ideal candidate for a new and demanding role at BOLE.
Scott’s primary responsibilities will include remote support for customers and field-based engineers and spare part control and distribution. He will also manage service and preventative maintenance contracts and oversee a new in-house facility offering customers access to both machines and training simulators.
His previous role as senior service and software engineer for a leading supplier of 3-axis robots will also prove invaluable when coordinating with the team at Sepro, BOLE UK’s partner for machine automation.
BOLE UK’s General Manager, Hardeep Khera, commented on the appointment:
“Our primary goal has always been to establish BOLE as a mainstream brand within the UK’s plastics sector. Confidence in our product range has allowed us to plan ahead, ensuring we are ready to meet the challenges associated with our growth. With 15 machines already scheduled for delivery and installation in Q1 of this year, and implementation of ongoing service and preventative maintenance contracts, Scott’s appointment was ideally timed.

This is despite our income from the sale of spare parts being restricted for some time to come, our 3-year warranty period covering all but consumable items.
