Bausano Virtual Open Day 10th December – Save the Date
Bausano will be hosting a virtual open day event on Thursday 10th December. Featuring a live demonstration of Bausano’s 92/25 Next Mover twin-screw extruder for PVC granulation.
At Bausano, we like to share events with our customers, including numerous open day events – even virtually. That is why we have created the Digital Lab, an area of our website dedicated to upcoming free online events and live streams.

Bausano will be opening its Test Room and demonstrating a Bausano 92/25 granulator for the production of PVC foam for footwear.
Bausano PVC granulation lines are the culmination of over 74 years of activity in the production of twin-screw extruders. Designed and manufactured to meet increasingly sophisticated customer requests, coupled with Bausano’s substantial experience and technical know-how, our Counter-rotating Twin-Screw Extruder 92/25 features our Next Mover configuration – but we won’t be giving away too many details just yet!
During the virtual open day, you will be able to see the features of this extruder, including the induction heating system applied to the barrel. This innovation (Smart Energy Induction System) – applied for the first time to a counter-rotating twin-screw extruder – ensures up to 35% reduction in energy consumption and increases the quality and performance of our machines in terms of both energy efficiency and process versatility. And that’s without evening mentioning Bausano’s patented multi-drive system!
