Worldwide hot runner leader, YUDO, has announced the integration of French hot runner specialist, the Runipsys Group into the YUDO Group of companies.

Runipsys Group was founded 25 years ago by Stéphane Delachaux, specialising in medium and large sequential hot runner systems, mainly for use in the automotive industry.

Runipsys provides equipment and services to toolmakers, tier ones and OEMs. Its excellent reputation is built on key factors including machine reliability, injection performance, innovation, compact design and after-sales support.

Runipsys has production facilities in France and China, and advanced sales and service units in numerous automotive production countries, including the USA, Canada, Mexico, China, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Eastern Europe.

After 25 years of autonomous development, Stéphane Delachaux has decided to sell the company to a powerful industrial group, capable of boosting its growth, especially outside of Europe.

YUDO Group, founded by Francis Yu in 1980 in South Korea, was selected due to its unique characteristics. YUDO is a worldwide leader in hot runner systems, with an unrivalled presence in 123 global networks, huge industrial capacity with Smart Manufacturing, a great capacity to industrialise with optimising the overall production process, and maximising efficiency through integrated monitoring and business management system.

While maintaining an independent structure, Runipsys’ integration into the YUDO Group will soon provide a strong added value to the customer base. For example, Runipsys will have access to YUDO’s extended worldwide service team capable of assisting any customer around the globe.

Existing sales engineers will remain the customer contacts for both companies.
