Wittmann Battenfeld UK to Exhibit at Medical Technology Ireland

Leading injection moulding equipment supplier, Wittmann Battenfeld UK, will exhibit at this year’s Medical Technology Ireland show, September 25-26 2019, at Galway Racecourse.

The Medical Technology Ireland exhibition will showcase innovative medical technology products and solutions for the Irish medical device design and manufacturing industries. Wittmann Battenfeld has long been a valued supplier of equipment to the growing Irish injection-moulding sector, some 50% of which are primarily involved in work for the medical and healthcare sectors.

And medical-based injection moulding is becoming an increasing part of the machinery portfolio at Wittmann Battenfeld. All aspects of the Wittmann Battenfeld machine range can be customised and made cleanroom ready with automation and quality inspection to match.

Following Galway, the next stop for Wittmann Battenfeld’s medical moulding expertise will be the prestigious annual exhibition, Medica Compamed, Düsseldorf, November 18-21, where MicroPower-based medical moulding solutions will be demonstrated.

The machine frame cell of Wittmann Battenfeld injection-moulding machines can be enclosed on all sides. The unit thus effectively becomes a stand-alone clean room cell. The internal space provides for automation, rotary tables, dryers, temperature controllers and other product-specific options. The flexibility – and cost-effectiveness – such a unit offers is growing in popularity since its launch.
