Polydist Appoint New CEO

David Batchelor joined Polydist in May 2019 as CEO Europe, replacing Richard Bradwell, the founder, who recently stepped down from the role. 

David worked as the Sales Director for the UK and Ireland at Guardian Industries for the last three years. Prior to that, he had various commercial positions within SABIC over a period of eleven years after starting his career within the automotive industry, where he held numerous positions.

David is a confident, energetic, ambitious, self-motivated leader with over twenty-five years’ experience across a wide range of industries, including engineering thermoplastics, automotive, medical, electrical and more recently building & construction. He is a team player, excellent communicator, outgoing individual with strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate others. He has a proven management track record in operational and commercial aspects of business, including sales, marketing, purchasing, logistics, cost engineering and new product introduction.
