Predominantly making for Original Equipment Manufacturers, Refcool have developed a new 18kW packaged chiller/freecooler which would suit many applications. The chiller shown is an indoor ducted version ready for delivery to a site where a suitable outdoor location is unavailable. 

This latest product is designed to perform in harsh and demanding environments where maximum uptime is critical. It is low noise with an open, non-ferrous water circuit for easy air venting and additive adding and the standard version is usually supplied with wheels to enable it to be manoeuvred into position with the minimum of site equipment.

For end users or standard applications, Refcool also have a full range of standard free-cooling chillers from European suppliers whom it represents in the UK. All of the chillers are fitted with generously sized free-cooling coils that can give payback on the extra investment within 12 months for clients operating 24/7. Free-cooling utilises low ambient air temperature conditions to cool the return water flow prior to passing through the refrigeration process thereby reducing the workload for the compressor, reducing running time, saving energy and extending major component life.
